You will need pieces of tin foil, nail polish remover and cotton wool balls
First step: saturate the cotton ball with nail polish
Second step: Then place the saturated cotton ball on the nail and wrap it with tin foil.
Third step: wait for about 5 minutes and then remove the tin foil and the cotton ball
( ET's hands haha)

I've never heard of this technique before, will definitely give it a shot! I normally just fill the nail polish remover lid with the remover and dip each nail in to soak for around a minute and a half and then rub off with a cotton pad :)
